• Nutifar — notification infrastructure platform
• Customer — any individual or organization using Nutifar
• Services — APIs, SDKs, dashboard, and messaging infrastructure
• Recipient — end users receiving notifications
• Content — messages, templates, and metadata

You must be legally capable of entering binding agreements. If using on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to bind that entity.

• Maintain account security
• Protect API keys and tokens
• Ensure accurate account information
• Report unauthorized access immediately

• No spam or unsolicited messaging
• No malware or phishing activity
• No harassment or abuse
• No illegal content distribution
• No intellectual property infringement

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consent before sending communications through Nutifar.

• All fees must be paid on time
• Credits may expire depending on plan
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable

Nutifar is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
